1. Can I only use one watch transmitter? If so, how do I do this?
You can use only one watch transmitter if you wish.
The Kid Safe System was designed to allow you to turn any of the transmitters
off without it having any effect on the remaining transmitters.
2. How does this system connect and work with my home alarm system?
The Kid Safe System connects to your home security
system through a standard cable. Once the cable has been connected, if your
child breaches the perimeter, the system is designed to sound the passive
alarm on your home security system.
3. Are the watches and receiver waterproof?
The Kid Safe System is water resistant. The watch
cannot be fully waterproof because an alarm will sound when the device is
submerged in water, thus waterproofing would defeat the purpose. The receiver
is also water resistant. If either of these components is exposed to excessive
amounts of water, they may malfunction. Any malfunctions that may arise from
such a problem are not covered under the Kid Safe System Warranty.
4. Are the ranges adjustable on the receiver, or do I only have short
range and long range?
The ranges on the device are not adjustable at
present. You have the options: short range - allows up to 30 meters (approx.
90 feet), and long range - allows up to 90 meters (approx. 270 feet). You may
select a different range option for each transmitter.
5. Will the Kid Safe System also track my child?
The Kid Safe System will allow for archaic tracking
of your child. It is designed to notify you (by the ceasing of the alarm) that
your child is within range.
6. Will the Kid Safe System work in other countries?
The Kid Safe System is designed to work anywhere you
can take it. It uses high-frequency radio waves to maintain communication.
Some physical obstructions may have a minor effect on the range the
transmitters are allowed to travel; however, this will not cause the device to
cease operation.
7. My children will not be wearing the watches; are there other
options on ordering just the transmitter?
The Kid Safe System does not currently allow for any
other transmitter options. Please check back soon, as this will change soon.
8. Will the Kid Safe System work in office buildings, basements, etc.?
The Kid Safe System is designed to work anywhere you
can take it. It creates and uses high-frequency radio waves to maintain
communication. Some physical obstructions may have a minor effect on the range
the transmitters are allowed to travel; however, this will not cause the
device to cease operation.
9. My dad has Alzheimer's and I would like to use this system for him,
are there adult watches available.
The watches offered will also fit an adult's wrist.
The Kid Safe System does not currently offer other choices for the

10. Can I purchase different styles and colors on your children's
watches?

11. have difficulty hearing and need a visual alert or vibration alert
mode; does the Kid Safe System have this feature?
The Kid Safe System has a visual alert with a light
that is closest to the transmitter number on the receiver unit. The Kid Safe
System does not currently have a vibration mode located in the receiver.

12. We live in a remote area where we do not receive any radio,
cellular or television reception. Will this device operate properly under
these conditions?

13. Can I order replacement children's watches separately, without
purchasing the complete kit?
Due to introductory pricing, you cannot order the
Kid Safe System watches separately at this time. This will change when the

14. Will the Kid Safe System still alert me if the watch is concealed
in a metal lunchbox, suitcase or in a vehicle?
Depending on the density of the enclosure, the Kid
Safe System was designed to alert you regardless of its surroundings. It uses
high-frequency radio waves to maintain communication. Some physical
obstructions may have a minor effect on the range the transmitters are allowed
to travel; however, this will not cause the device to cease operation.
